Este fin de semana hemos recibido noticias de Maimuna Sillah.
Maimuna es una de las jóvenes que empezó en ALAS Gambia hace muchos años. Tras graduarse en el colegio, le ofrecimos seguir sus estudios y decidió ir a la universidad a estudiar un grado de contabilidad. Este año termina ya y pronto tendrá la ceremonia de graduación … y por delante un mundo enorme de posibilidades para trabajar y ser autosuficiente sin depender de nadie.
Nos ha escrito este mensaje que compartimos aquí:
“I would like to inform you that I have successfully completed my studies at the University of The Gambia, and I will be graduating soon. The official graduation date has not yet been confirmed. I would like to sincerely express my deepest gratitude to the ALAS Gambia team for the incredible support you have given me throughout my academic journey. Your support has played a significant role in helping me reach this important milestone in my life. As your slogan says, “A Life, A Student.” Thank you once again for this life changing opportunity you have given me. I will always remain grateful for your kindness and support. I hope to make good use of the knowledge and opportunity you have given me and continue to make you proud.”
Queremos compartir su agradecimiento con todo ALAS. Algo estamos haciendo muy bien y no podemos estar más orgullosas de cómo está aprovechando las oportunidades.
